Can I collect my prize?
All prizes can be delivered directly to you. If you’d prefer to collect, we can make arrangements for you to do so.
Can I come to a live draw?
All live draws will be posted on our facebook page. At times we may do our draws from different locations, so please contact us for details for when you might be able to attend a live draw.
Can I exchange my prize?
Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes. In some instances, we may offer a cash alternative but this will be stated within the competition details.
How is a winner chosen?
All entrants are given a number at time of purchase, either pre selected or at random. We shall use googles random number generator to select a winner. This is done for absolute transparency when choosing a winner.
We will ensure that the screen is clear and everyone viewing can see the numbers being drawn.
What if the competition does not sell out?
If the competition does not sell out within the stated time, we will renew the timer up to 4x.
After the 4th timer, if the competition still has not sold out, a cash prize of 70% of the tickets sold may be used as an alternative prize.
When will the competition close?
A timer will be set for each draw.
Once all tickets are sold, details for the draw will be posted on our social media pages.
Competitions that sell out early may be drawn early.
